Guided Meditation Classes

Meditation is now offered by appointment either on a one-to-one basis or in a group guided meditation class.
Group meditation classes run for a series of 6 consecutive weeks on Monday evenings at 7pm. Due to Covid-19 considerations, these classes are now held in the comfort of your own home, led by Mary Holloway, using Zoom.

The aim of these meditation classes is to either introduce people to meditation or rekindle the use of your meditation skills. I will guide you through a meditation each week, during the course we will use breathing techniques and focus on positivity and gentle connection with your inner self. People usually find that developing meditation skills help promote calmness in their lives and true rest in their sleep and an ability to deal with problems more easily. Physically the body improves in function.
