Hopi Ear Candling

Duration: 1 hour

Ear candling can help with a variety of ear and sinus problems.

Some examples are:

• Excessive or compacted ear wax
• Snoring
• Ear pressure regulation problems
• Colds, flu
• Headaches and migraines
  
• Tinnitus and other noises in the ear
• Neuralgia

The above treatments are non-intrusive; no massage is involved and the client remains fully clothed - you need simply to lie upon a couch next to the practitioner.

This means it can cater towards a much larger demographic - ideal if you are adverse to the more 'medical' procedures available.

Holistic Massage

Massage is a treatment that dates back to the Chinese 3000BC.

It developed through the Romans and Egyptians and was developed in the 19th Centaury by Per Henril Ling a Swedish Physiologist, who was also a gymnastics teacher. He developed a system that could be used to treat muscle spasms, strains, inflammation and general back pain or simply for relaxation. It is a an invigorating massage

I incorporate into my treatment sports injury techniques if necessary.

Aromatherapy

As a clinical aromatherapist I will mix a blend of oils to suit the needs of the client.

Aromatherapy seeks to treat conditions with oils that are absorbed into the blood stream via the skin.

Unlike Swedish massage aromatherapy is a very gentle massage and the relaxation is very deep

Bach Flower Remedy Treatment

The aim of the Bach Flower remedies are to balance Mind Body and soul, the remedies are an energetic medicine which help to balance the emotions thus creating harmony between the physical mental and emotional bodies thus creating a balance which will enhance the well being of the physical body. During the consultation the client’s feelings are discussed and then the remedies are chosen to deal with the emotions.

The remedies are mixed immediately and the client can take the treatment straight away. There are no contra indications with the remedies with conventional medication.
